Quality assurance has always been the watchword of our manufacturing process. And our rigid ISO 9001:2008 quality control system includes 100 percent functional testing for every Multi-Tech product
Multi-Tech products are tested and are certified by 30+ carriers and 80+ countries to streamline the process for enabling an M2M solution for customers. As a certified Women's Business Enterprise WBENC, Multi-Tech recognizes the commitment to supplier diversity 
that is embraced by corporations and government agencies today, and is focused on assisting corporate decision-makers achieve their diversity objectives. Multi-Tech is also C-TPAT (Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism) certified.

Multi-Tech is a channel-focused company. Our distribution sales model accounts for the majority of Multi-Tech's sales. Multi-Tech also sells custom product to technology hardware partners through our OEM sales program.

Patricia Sharma
President & CEOAs President and CEO of Minneapolis-based Multi-Tech Systems, Pat Sharma has successfully guided the company to become a world leader in cellular and analog modem products and solutions. Mrs. Sharma joined Multi-Tech's board of directors in 2004, became Director and Treasurer in 2005 and assumed the helm from her late husband, Dr. Raghu Sharma, in 2007.

Multi-Tech Systems was founded in 1970 by Dr. Raghu N. Sharma. Dr. Sharma passed away in April 2007, but his legacy lives on in his company, and with the Raghu Sharma Scholarship Fund for graduating high school seniors pursuing a college degree in technology or engineering.
